Materials, overall condition, previous owners, condition of the pads, etc. Take the clarinet in to a local repair shop and ask for an estimate of value. That clarinet was made in 1962. I had one in mint condition; sold it as a trade in for $500 to a dealer. But the above writer is correct. I bought it new, rarely used it and repadded it brfore I sold it.
